As some of you know, our biggest food drive of the year is this Saturday, November 17th. It’s a really great day – almost overwhelming, in fact, seeing the volume of food that our community sends to us to help their neighbors. But! We are woefully in need of extra hands to help us keep up with the pace of the deliveries! What better way to kick off this season of giving and gratitude than by joining us? We are looking for some STRONG folks to come help – it’s a lot of heavy lifting, so please consider your physical abilities when signing up.
If you’re able to help, we’d love to see you! The shifts are:
- 3pm – 6pm: helping sort at the warehouse, as we will send some deliveries straight there (our warehouse is located at Vault Storage, 212 Church Road, North Wales)
- 3pm – 6pm: helping receive and sort here at Manna
